It’s officially Fall, which of course means pumpkin spice, sweater weather, apple picking, and scary movies! And while none of us are looking forward to raking leaves out of our yard, we have plenty of fun planned for October!

On Saturday, October 28th, we will be throwing our annual Fall Festival and Pooch Parade! This event will take place in Pier Village from 11am-4pm. There will be bouncy rides, arts & crafts, touch a truck, as well as craft vendors. The kids costume parade and judged dog costume parade are the most important part of the day! Applications for the pooch parade list all the details and are on our website! Kids are encouraged to come in costume for the parade and can also trick or treat at all the shops of Pier Village! RSVP to our Facebook event for more information:

Moreover, the Fall Festival will run alongside the 2nd Annual Fishing Tournament! Fishing will take place from October 21st to the 28th. We will be judging striped bass caught between Sandy Hook and Allenhurst. Kids and adults with the biggest, heaviest catches will be awarded prizes. We will then announce the winners at 3:45 at the Fall Festival.  The application lists the details and regulations for the tournament:

Our monthly networking Breakfast Club meeting will take place at Amy’s Omelette House on this Wednesday, October 4th. Breakfast will run from 8am-9am and will cost $10 per person! We excitedly welcome Susan Mazzeo of Shorehouse as our speaker for the morning. Please RSVP by calling 732-222-0400 or shoot us an email at

👻 Ultimately, we hope your October isn’t too spooky and look forward to seeing you at our exciting events! 🎃
